Who owns the request after it is submitted?

That is a great question! The simple answer: You do.

Because you submitted the request, you are still the owner and we will respond directly to you with any questions, clarifications, and the final output for the request.

While we understand you may want to hand off the request for one of our agents e to engage the client directly, that is not our responsibility nor should you want it to be.  Our team should not interact directly with the client unless they are performing an onsite audit.
