After receiving the final output from the Information Security Compliance or Corporate Compliance, it is your responsibility to ensure a secure transmission of the file(s) back to the client.
Please make sure to include 1secure1 in the body of your email. This will force all outgoing mail to go through our secure email server and send a download link to the client for retrieval.

Will the body of an e-mail be protected with the 1secure1?
Yes
It is illegal to have the date of birth of the client in the body of an e-mail, when we are the client representative and the hospital have a contract with a third party?
